Wendy dove into film producing at the behest of her financiers. After working as outside counsel for a film bond company and running a 150 million dollar film fund it was only natural that Wendy would start her own production company Bullet Entertainment. As a Producer, Wendy specializes in filmmaking, development (business plans, budgets IP & deck), production (Executive Producer, on-set producer & on-set bond producer), post production (supervising & editing), and sales and distribution.

Wendy is currently in pre-production on several projects, “Yellow Peril”, “Nowhere Girl,” “31 Counts”, “Dixie Silver”, “Racing the Devil”, “Love in Vein”, “Idiot Savant: The Savage Life of Ryan Leone” and “Lift”, along with post production on the feature film “The Capture”, and a Christmas faith based production of “The Talking Tree”. As a writer, Wendy has written screenplays as to the feature films “Nowhere Girl, “All the Way Gone”, “31 Counts” and is scheduled to direct “All the Way Gone” in 2022.

In the past, Wendy has produced such films as “Life of Crime” starring Jennifer Aniston, Isla Fisher and Tim Robbins, “Life After Beth” starring John C. Reilly, “Apartment Troubles” starring Will Forte, “Soul Custody”, “Broken Vows” starring Wes Bentley, Cam Gigandet and Jaimie Alexander, “Somewhere Slow” and documentary “Walk On”.

Wendy further received awards and nominations on the following films; Soul Custody a unique psychological thriller, fantasy-drama film, broke traditional story-telling methods winning in the 2020 San Diego Black Film Festival in February “Best Feature Film”, “Best Cutting-Edge Film” with its leading female Asha Bee winning Best Actress and Clifton Powell winning Best Supporting Actor. Soul Custody opens the doors of diversity and inclusion, breaking molds on racial social norms. “The Capture” won “Best Feature Film” at the Berlin Sci-fi Filmfest. “Life After Beth” was nominated at Sundance Film Festival for the Grand Jury Prize, Edinburgh International Film Festival for the Audience Award, BloodGuts UK Horror Award for Best Supporting Actress Anna Kendrick and Best Supporting Actor John C. Reilly. “Somewhere Slow” won “Best Narrative Feature” at the Brooklyn Film Festival among others.

Wendy as both an American & New Zealander, founded the production company Bullet Entertainment with offices in Los Angeles, California and Wellington, New Zealand.
